Refonte provides users with AI-powered interior design tools. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Refonte assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Refonte or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Termination

You agree that Refonte may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account and access to the Service.
